An amazing story of forgiveness and embrace from Rwanda. Thanks to the friends who notified me of it.
I have seen the power of the “gacaca” courts the article mentions. I am so glad to hear stories like this coming out. While the dominant narrative of Rwanda will likely always be the genocide, these small glimmers of light give me hope. History can be overcome.
