A Jaunt Around the Neighborhood

Yes, a jaunt. Not a stroll or a walk. A jaunt. We’re expecting severe thunderstorms this evening, so we headed out to enjoy the brief period in between blazing heat and pouring rain.
And these are some of the sights I saw:
The foreboding sky.
Some safety cones on the bumper of a large utility truck down the street.
The warm, orange glow of the bug-light on our front porch.
