Flickr Video

I’m not sure I’ll use the feature much (read: Not at all), but I thought I would join the bandwagon of blogs that has made mention of Flickr’s addition of Video.
Personally, I’m not a fan of this move. I think a company or service or site should do one thing, and do it well. Flickr is great for photos and discussions and that sort of thing, and I hope this doesn’t backfire. I can see this getting ugly…sort of like when Facebook went ape-crackers with the Applications.
I would much rather have seen Yahoo/Flickr roll out something like Filmr or Movie-r, and not add this new feature to Flickr, but I guess time will tell…
